Yes, as this game grows, so will the amount of potential cheaters, wich will inturn ruin the community and by default the game.

i was an admin on clanbase for counterstrike-day of defeat and i know what happens when a game get inflactioned with cheaters

I think admins can do it better, and I don't think this is even possible yet to put an anticheat as suggested.

Punkbuster will only stop little kids and casual cheaters, it doesnt stop any hardcore cheater.  It causes more headaches than its worth

Noone can stop hardcore cheaters ;)
There are always ways to hack, but who cares about them as long as most kiddis are stopped.
I wouldn't mind a few ones that have to hack to kill someone, as long as it's a minority like now.

what you mean is nobody can stop hardcore cheaters with just one action

the anti-cheat industry constantly comes up with new updates to stop cheating but hack programmers always come out with another way to stop cheaters.

Still even the most devious of cheaters will get caught by nasty little suprises as i have seen on the VAC forums time and time again



there are less high tech ways of finding cheaters.. but if i said it the nasty suprise would be lost
