right now 2h weapons are like lightsabers, slashing through walls liek they were made of air.

2h weapon stock on everything
its up to player to abuse mechanic and hiltslash enemies to avoid that(same with pole and 1h)

I can say then you bulshit here and you hardly played 2h because long 2h like to stock on everythig, sometimes shielder behind you will stop yours sideswings,

but hey that day is good like any other day to hate qq nerf whine onthe forum.

2h and polearm have different environment hit boxes for sure.

Thread is completely true and +1 to that.

The 2h lobby group has already showed up to try to discredit this perfectly valid point I have been saying for years.

However...

M&B engine is garbage, and it is sadly most likely something that we will not be able to change without a huge effort from the dev team.

Honestly, the engine does not handle physics very well for very short or very long weapons. 

I'm not gonna get into the "nerf 2h!" "nerf polearms!" "nerf1h" shit - they ALL have issues.

Longspears do ridiculous things, hiltslashing with 2h can allow you to swing in rather small spaces, short 1h can sometimes go "under blocks"...there's incorrect physics everywhere...to limit it to 2h just because everyone seems so wrapped up in 2h hatred still is just inaccurate.

I too wish for better collision physics ON ALL WEAPONS.  Maybe in the next game. 
I'll tell you what though - if that happens you wont be using longspears in gatehouses.

Learn to control which direction you swing so you don't get stuck on so many things. I've never had my two hand weapon go through a wall before... in fact it's killed me a lot because of me getting stuck to the wall.

This is probably another case of overreaction, "OMG I got killed one time in a bullshit way, therefore it must be fixed". I can't say I haven't been killed by a two hander, or any weapon for that matter, going through an object but it is very rare.

Yeah my longsword gets stuck on stuff, and its 106 length!

I carry a morningstar on some siege maps for this very reason since its shorter.

It's the warband engine all weapon collision is a little wonky not just 2h, 2h probably has the easiest time to phase past walls/objects and such by turning/angling your swing properly. it used to be 3000 times (accurate numbers are accurate?) worse than what it is now on all weapons, before the change in how early your attack becomes active. (how early in the animation it can snag, before the change a good portion of the swing was inactive & you could side swing while shoulder to shoulder with team mates or when pressed right beside a wall simply by turning into your swing more.)
