The Clan League is back and we're now gearing up for season 2 so kick your leaders into action and get your clan involved
KEY CHANGES
- Clans are now ranked according to performance in all fixtures and assigned points
- Prizes will be awarded to the highest ranked team and the most improved team each season so long as both teams have completed at least 16 fixtures during that season.
- These fixtures can be played at any time during the season.
- Seasons will last 6 months and are run back to back with no gaps.
- The cut off dates for seasons will be the Sunday before Xmas Eve and the corresponding Sunday in June.
- This means this next season will end at midnight CET on Sunday 22nd December
- There is no cut off date for entry and clans can enter anytime by contacting an Admin
- We are currently in the process of creating a webpage to handle and automate as much of the admin work as possible and the new season will start as soon as it is ready.
- Rostering has changed (see below)
- Crushthrough weapons are now allowed but will count towards your ranged/cav limit

League Rules are as followsTeam Entry- Just contact an Admin and they will guide you through it
- There's no entry fee but you will need to show you have enough players before we add you to the League
Organising matches- This should be done through clan captains.
- There will be a steam group with all Captains and Lieutenants but other means of contacting captains is fine too.
- Once a match is scheduled one Captain should add the fixture on the web page. This will also book a server for your team (so long as it is free).
- The match can be created when reporting results if needed but you will not have the benefit of the booking feature in this case.
Matches- Matches are 8v8 by default but if both Captains agree then this can be increased at the time of the match.
- Each match consists of 8 rounds on any single approved map with a spawn switch after 4 rounds.
- You can play any opponent as many times as you want.
- Ranking Points will be determined according to each teams previous ranking points and the match result.
- Flags will be a valid way of winning rounds
- Only designated ranged and cav players can loot horses or ranged weapons
Server Settings- Spectators should be locked to viewing their own team only (ghost mode)
- Rounds should last 8 minutes (480 seconds)
- Mode = Battle
- Don't change anything else
Submitting results- Results must be submitted on the website and confirmed by both Captains
- After each match one captain should post the result whilst the other immediately confirms it. This should come as rounds won/lost with the home team being the first team named.. For example,
Clan X (home clan) v Clan Y: 7 - 1
In the event of two matches being played back to back, results should be submitted separately. E.g:
Clan X v Clan Y : 7 - 1
Clan Y v Clan X : 5 - 3
In the event of a disagreement over the submitted result an admin will investigate and make a decision.
Equipment/Class Restrictions- No armour above Eastern Star Scale is allowed
- Looms are permitted
- At most 40% (rounded down) of your team may use horses, crushthrough or ranged weapons.
- Horse archers/xbows/throwing and heavy cav (Barded Warhorse or above) will count double towards this limit.
- Heavy horse archers/xbows/throwing will count triple.
Rosters- Teams must register all their players on the website however Captains can do this automatically themselves at anytime
- There is no limit to the number of players you can register
- However players must be in the ladder for their clan and must use the correct banner when fighting
- When registering, it is a players forum account name that should be used and then all characters for that player will be registered accordingly
- If you are attempting to register a player that is already registered for another team you will need to get either their previous team captains approval or the approval of an admin.
- Players cannot switch teams more than once a month
Cheating- If you suspect another team of cheating, stop playing and contact an admin.
- If an admin is available they will attempt to address the problem so that the match can continue.
- If an Admin is not available then cancel the match and register a complaint with an Admin
- Admins will then investigate and determine if any action is needed.
- Punishments will be harsh especially for repeat offenses.
- First offense = disqualification from the season, although points will still be calculated for future seasons so teams can continue playing.
- Second Offense = disqualification from the League of the Clan Captain, if the team wants to continue they will need a new Captain.
- Third Offense = possibly disqualification of the entire team permanently.
- Only report if you are sure and the issue could not be resolved amicably between captains.
AdminsImportant Note- Battalion flags and smoke bombs are bugged on the HRE_Fallen servers. Do NOT use them.

Prizes- To qualify for a prize a team must have completed at least 16 matches and not be disqualified
- The team with the highest ranking points at the end of each season will receive £1m cRPG gold
- The team that has gained the most ranking points during the season will receive £1m cRPG gold
- In the event that these are the same team, the second prize will go to the team that gained the 2nd most ranking points during the season
Duration- The next season will start on TBA
- The next season will end at midnight CET on the 22nd December 2013
- The following season will then start immediately
