after playing some time with the fancy banner, I dont dislike it that hard anymore. I just think it blends too well with ruin-texture, we are getting to get teamkilled :o

This one is my favourite - simple but intimidating.
Black glow around the bird (which can barely be seen) gives it the "storm aproaching" look.
