But to me it seems like you guys could use an admin that understands our dwindling community and knows how to interact with them. Rather than almost throwing in the towel when the chips were down and a few mean words were said.

It's not so much that he said the big nasty N, but the fact that Havelle's actions whipped the server into a frenzy.

That's a good thing; Havelle is already showing his leadership capabilities, even without admin powers. The community listens to him.

I'd say that the majority of our admins "understand the dwindling community."  You can't expect complete leniency even when the server population is low, the rules are still in effect and repeat rule breakers are going to be banned regardless.

The recent racist shitstorm is really more so because of the admins trying so hard to clamp down on it. The other day when Sentri was banning Havelle it caused absolute uproar. People were throwing out slurs left and right and there really wasn't anything that could be done about it. It is sad that when an admin is trying to solve a problem that there ends up being a larger problem.

I am not an admin, nor do I wish to be. I feel like that is too much responsibility at this time for me. I want to come into a server and troll while I take a break from my schoolwork or my job. I do think that things could change to make the community better and hopefully make it grow again.

Finally applying for admin!

- I understand that there is fun to be had outside of blind-rage k/d sprees, but "bending the rules" sets a bad example for the rest of the community and defeats the purpose of the mod.
- A bunch of people already thought I was admin due to Hungry and I being IRL butt-buddies.
- I have seen a lot of admin work first-hand due to Hungry and I playing in the same room often.
- I have also seen less-than-ideal admin usage (or non-usage) recently and would like to help fix that shit, yo.
- I REALLY like the pink text, it's super pretty.
