I guess everyone has their own version - what is agy and what is str build.
For me, The Hound, from Game of Thrones is a str build as well as his brother, The Mountain.

Achilles is wearing +10 armor set. Haven't you read illiad? His items are heirloomed by hephaestus.

achilles is supa high level: remember that the illiad happend fucking LONG ago, back before the soft level cap. He obviously doesnt have slot system either, 2 slot shield, 1hander, throwing lance.

And of course as mentioned above, Siiempephestus made him unique lordly set.
