based on extensive ban history on NA & a since this person already received an essay ban once before, Canary has updated to a perm global ban (http://forum.meleegaming.com/global/angiestrongestladyintheworld-why-is-this-player-still-with-us/)

this thread can probably be locked by the proper authorities
