I said you could try that, but don't expect much (I have some experience talking to ISP support).
The thing is, we can't really do anything about it. Not that I know at least.

Pretty much the same thing happening to me here in Montenego. Lag spikes, ping going to 300 randomly, going back to normal, being disconnected from server. And my Internet if fine and I have a nice router.

Eu_1 was down for a while, so, some players joined on Eu_9 (there were around 25 players when i was there) and my ping is ~29ms on that server, no need to use a vpn to have a decent ping   8-) .   Could you connect eu_9 to the database, please?  It could replace the old (dead) Eu_4

It's not the fault of the ISP only server hosting.
Ping in ORIGIN's BF3 - 78
Ping in EU_9 and EU_HRE - 47
Ping in EU 1,2,3 - 134 - 147 SERVER HOSTING IS SHIT, not my provider

Yesterday on Eu_9 ~23:30

You don't know how routing works, do you? Just because one server pings well doesn't mean all others will.

this  evening i got 40-45 ms , don't know what changed isp side or server side but worked well :)

Same problem : 20 ping the afternoon, and 120 in ~18h-00h
I called my ISP (Orange) and they think it's a problem with the box, so they will change my livebox. They said others customers had ping problem and changing box type resolved that.
So I will see and give news when it's done.

Same problem.

Unistalled the game a month ago, then reinstalled and bam! 140-150 ping on EU1 2 3. The rest is normal (40 as always).
Game feels like mud wrestling. Unplayable.

Nothing has changed in ISP or hardware.

Any solutions? (talking to idiots at customer call center is pointless)

After 2 weeks of peace, again there is a problem.
EU 1/2/3 ping is ~130
on other EU ~47 - 55

after the last patch to 3.0.2 again ping over 100 (EU 1-2-3)

earlier today was fine ...
