I have to go with Matey on this one - kill all pirates , great loot and they suck at melee 

Those weaboos wear black and are hard to find anyway - best leave them to the hardy farmers, the bandits seem too common an adventure like killing rats in the cellar, and this collector probably is interested in your butt - he did get really excited when he brought that amulet you put in your butt close to his face - he likes your butt pheromones a little too much and you need to get away from this guy before he goes all deli on your ass.
