you can't understand art alpson  you little bald penis.

that wasn't just gay, that was cancer.

Stfu, you fog-eating savages (Darmaster you are right, but still stfu, go eat some fog, there's plenty where you live)

Different conception of art, I prefer a painting, a sculpture etc... instead of a tattoo, art is quite a personal thing imo.

I´m a big fan of tattoos, although I am of the opinion that Tattoos always should be very personal and linked with the bearer´s life.I really can´t stand it when people are just inking their body more and more with meaningless shit.
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

Nonono, don't do it, no meaningful stuff. Stick to random shit if you have to mark yourself. It's almost impossible to hide once they've found you.

Damn right and a real son of the emperor knows that individualism leads to the temptations of Slaanesh. Empty your mind and let it be filled with the light of the emperor. Forsake all the petty worldly things and replace them with prayers. Merge your soul with the beacon of his light and may it keep away the darkness forever.

Tattoos are heresy.

This turned from tattoo appreciation thread to a tattoo hating thread real quick.

I do have a tattoo of great meaning to me and it's a work of art i proudly ware on my skin. It's a Japanese dragon ( figure that  ) it's on my chest/shoulder/upper arm area and will be a sleve some day.

I respect people saying tattoos aren for them but don't knock us that like them. Atleast half of the people i hang out have either tattoos or piercings ( girls more than guys actually ) so yes it's not such an uncommon thing nowdays i guess it is more "mainstream" now than ever but doesn't automatically make it a bad thing imo.
And now he can't play because of "common sense" and he doesn't understand how this common sense works

I think tattoos make people look butt ugly. Same goes for piercings and all that, "customize thyself" crap. Thankfully, it's not a big thing here in Serbia.

My goal is look very simple on the outside, almost bland. But at the same time to strive for complexity inside.

Too bad I would look like a weirdo (and attract unwanted attention) if I choose to wear something like this. It would be awesome if that was dominant fashion style nowadays. I know that one day it will be.

equilibrium good movie, nice clothes but in the movie they stand for : no emotion ":) and i really dont hope you are right and that one day the world will be like that.

Story in that movie is bullcrap, fighting scenes are what counts. And it's not possible for humans not to feel emotions, just like some tattoo junkie isn't more "emotionally aware" than little old me. Drawing pictures on your skin doesn't make you a different person.

Tattoos had (have) important role in certain societies but unlike many people think, there is nothing cool about tribes of savages and their tattoos. People think they were (are) free and that we (civilized world) are slaves. That's incorrect. Where people have little to no education, oppression is strong. People think women have no rights in muslim states, guess they have never seen how they live in Ethiopian mountains. Tradition is so rigid in those societies, everyone has a role he has to live by. If he choose not to (to think freely with his own head), he is purged from the tribe (and left to die in the wilderness). Tattoos are actually achievement markers, that show that individual has gone through certain phase of his predefined life (rules of the tribe).

exactly but nowadays it's the opposite in the majority , they mark their body just to show off and attract girls.
here's some history behind tattoos
