I miss Cicero. Cool guy and could usually get a good laugh when he was on the same ts. Didn't know he was that close to 36 though. No wonder, he was there for most of the UIF battles!

I'm fine that people play alot more than me are way higher level, but I don't really like the idea that some people abused strat to obtain tons of free exp. Not that I would catch up anyway, but still irks me.

also missed that their was double exp recently, you could at least message me about it or something. Crpg hatin on casuals (or at least occasionals ;).

Heard something like a month ago about the first guy becoming 36 on NA? Maybe people just dont go public with their level for some reason.

People certainly don't want to go public with it generally.

I did, or at least posted it somewhere on the forums. I didn't make a thread like the last time I leveled up because I felt like nobody cared.

We play a lot. Most of our experience probably came from the regular server, and by a larger margin for my level 36 NA compatriot Aldogalus than for myself, I'd wager.

I may have partaken in many a battle, but I didn't get the benefit of a gen bonus on that strat xp because I never retired this character. I also wouldn't call it "abusing" strat, getting experience by playing in battles. It's a very fun game mode and you don't get called back onto rosters for a lack of participation. Calling it "free exp" is a disservice to the people who put time and effort into both the accumulation of resources on the map and the events on the strat battle servers.

It's not about how many looms you get, because everyone knows you won't get as much. It's about dat title and OP'ness.
