pple who block when they are knocked down or dehorsed

bounce is = hit the ground effect.... I talk about real blocking anim with legs on gound and half body raised

I believe this is a side effect of getting bumped (and possibly hit?) a second time. There have been several occasions where I have been knocked to the ground by a bump, followed by a second bump that knocked me into an odd animation where I was able to immediately block.

It would be worth experimenting in duel to see what exactly triggers it.

I'm not a cheater and i do what the game allow me to do, you hit me with your long maul and then you try to make an overhead, i block it. What's wrong with this ?

What really gets me is when someone kicks, I dodge and swing, and then they block it when their sword is down by their side and their torso is completely exposed.  People have mastered the ability to create shields from the air around them, I guess.

If you get hit or bumped again when on the ground, you can do that. Not a hax.

If you get bumped down/knocked down, and then hit while on the ground you can block again, as if you were standing. Say a guy bumps someone, then swings at him, then the bumped guy can block the next incoming swing.

I see this quite often when dehorsing people. Either they can't be hit, or they can block before they are standing upright. However, whenever I get dehorsed I am almost always killed before I can get up off the ground to block. Frustrating, but who knows why it happens?

I got knocked down before but could slide around while in the knockdown animation like I was still standing up, could block and attack like normal.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt.

Just hold the correct block while on the ground, if you're lucky it will block.

No you actually have to give a fuck about being good to be mad. I'm irked because half the morons are answering the question with an answer to a different question. Although the answer is simple.
