a journalist asks our prime minister if he knows what the belgian people celebrate
he says he thinks its the proclamation of the constitution
journalists says: no, it has something to with Leopold I
prime minister: then its the resignation of Leopold I
journalist: no, Leopold I swore his oath
prime minister: oh yes
journalist: do you know the Brabançonne (belgian national anthem)
prime minister: starts singing the Marseileisse

but its a fact. as Belgian politicians may fail at their own country, atleast we give good european politicians :)
