How can you create your own host of a mission? Tired of trying to play races with people allowing custom cars, but as far as I've seen you only become the host if there's no other mission of that nature up?

Just select a race mission from the map, or use Online > Jobs to create one.

What do you mean by selecting a race mission from the map? If I go to one of those, it still sometimes throws me into someone else's host.

Hm, yeah it might be that you're the host if noone else is. Maybe it works differently if you start it from the map (open map, click job, press space to start job) or from Online > jobs.

By default it does that (on ps3 you could choose, don't why they removed it), you just need to quit and retry until you get host.

Slav car even has crew-colored neon lights for maximum tacky, too bad I can't keep them on when outside the car.

To be honest, I am extremely dissapointed by the port. You see, this was the game I was really going to buy after trying out, provided it is good.

But noo, rockstar delayed it god-knows-how-many-times to release it full of fucking bugs.
The most awful of them:

The game crashes when aiming out of vehicles: This deserves a special comment. How the FUCK could they release this without noticing? AND WHY THE FUCK DOES NO COMPANY LOOK LIKE THEY EMPLOY BETA TESTERS ANYMORE????????

Lost my stocks for unknown reason after crash.

Random crashes when switching characters.

Seriously, fuck them. There is no way I am going to pay 60(!) E´s FOR A GAME THAT CANT RUN 5 MINUTES WIITHOUT CRASHING.

Yo dawg, I heard you like to smoke weed when playing video games, so we made it so you can smoke weed while you smoke weed in a video game while watching people in the video game smoke weed.

Not saying your complaints are invalid but so far my only issue has been several days after release and it's crashing during certain heists. I'm trying to fix it right now and if I do I'm not even mad.
You should be punished for having a shitty attitude.

I'm not crashing when I aim. Neither are 99.999999999999999999999999% of people. Do you understand what it means to port a game to PC? And how it's impossible to make a complex game that has no bugs? And how it's impossible for "beta testers" to find out all the bugs because of all the possible PC compositions (hardware AND software)?

A game as complex as this WILL have bugs no matter what you do.  That said, its still leagues beyond the crap that was GTA IV, give the devs a break

Look, shit happens. Shit happens and I am not blaming devs when shit happens upon the release, because that is the precise moment when shit usually happens. But the shit should NOT happen, when they delay THE FUCKING RELEASE SEVERAL TIMES. BEING LIKE: ¨Oh but we are doing it so we can hammer out all the bugs¨.

I dont mind delays, as long as they properly test it out, and release it bug-free. But they delayed it, then releasing it buggy as fuck. What? Were they too busy circle jerking over the fucking graphics (which are I gotta admit gorgeous) instead of testing and patching out the game?

Really, another example of Rockstar shitting all over the PC platform. God, I am so glad I did not preorder.

A game as complex as this WILL have bugs no matter what you do.  That said, its still leagues beyond the crap that was GTA IV, give the devs a break

Game being complex doesnt have anything to do with a bug that is easily encountered by a simple action of using a throwable, and then aiming out of car.

You know, before I encountered that bug, I was like: Shit, they really out did themselves this time, I am gonna buy this tomorrow.
Then BAM one crash after another. I am like 6 hours into the game, and I crashed over three DOZENS of times, just by switching characters and aiming out of window of a car after using a throwable.

Giving devs ¨A break¨ would mean overlooking laziness and inadequate funding in beta testing (or in Rockstar´s case, complete lack of there-of).
Nope, not me.

Actually, you know what? Maybe if they werent so busy fawning over their new DRM (hurr durr) That got cracked in 3 days (hurr durr) or their absolutely superb anti mod defense system (FUCKING BUG FREE BTW) They would have the time to go into game and actually look at the problems it has. Worse yet, two patches were released, and neither fixed the error! YAY!!!

I'm not crashing when I aim. Neither are 99.999999999999999999999999% of people. Do you understand what it means to port a game to PC? And how it's impossible to make a complex game that has no bugs? Except mister know it all jerk-ass, This is not a port, but a game made specifically for PC.

And please, go ahead and throw a nade. Chuck one or two, then haul yourself into the nearest car, press right mouse button, and enjoy your free ¨GTA5 has stopped working error¨.

Your retardation per post ratio might be even higher than Tovi's. Or well, I don't know. It's a tough call, very close.
