These Chinese leechers are getting on my tits... Little backstory, I caught this guy auto running constantly last map so I asked for an admin but none were online so I put up a Kick Poll with "Reason: One of those Chinese leechers". The poll was accepted and I thought this would of told the guy to stop but instead he came back and started doing the same but tried to make it less obvious.

Next map, most rounds he would just sit in spawn like this.
(Notice the no weapon too)Then a couple of rounds he did this. He would run with the team for a bit until he spotted the enemy then he would run straight for them.
