Clan banner help

The current banner is autoassigned. I can't upload my own banner. I can't change it to any native banner. It is just stuck somehow and I have no idea to fix it.

-It says, image must be 132x340 PNG and not greater than 500kb.

-The image I'm trying to upload is 132x340 png and not greater than 27,4 kb.

Edit: and what is this color?

Was the image another format than png before?
If yes, it might help if you open it with gimp (or any other image manipulating program) and save it as png again.

At least that worked for me.

Color has to match one color of the banner, I think.

Alright, I had my doubts about it since other clan banners seem way too fancy compared to this

By the way, I have been able to change the banner in my clan page; but it is not updated on the game yet. Do I have to wait for some more time?

Maybe you should try it again.

Yeah, banners are broken right now apparently. Just won my first auction for one last night, uploaded the banner I made... Was very upset to find out they were brokeded
