The new zombies are kinda awkward. It's good that they are faster and more aggressive, but the player melee mechanics are just too clumsy to fight against dem zombies. Also the way the zombies move, as if they were players who never let go of the W, and that way end up running funny circles around their targets.
+ the zombies are constantly spawning around the players when near urban areas. Complete and utter bullshit to first clear the area of them, turn around, and see that they respawned are are zerging towards you again.

Oh, and zombies can still run through walls.

Yeah, if you use guns they never leave you alone (albeit the fact you one shot them even in the torso/arms/leg is easy), if you use melee you almost obligatory get biten once, and even then you have a high chance of having more Z coming and coming and coming endlessly.

To be honest, I prefer the current state of the game over the "no zombies in a zombie game" we had, but the aggro radius + borked melee system + spawning system is very bad for quiet playstyle and guys without a endless supply of ammunitions.

Now zombies have huge aggro radius and sprints like hell? Is it only on the few servers I played or?

Before, you could out-run them, but now they sprint faster than a geared up human can sprint for at least a few hundred meters (then they go back at the run/walk stance).
This, with the fact that they still run through most walls, makes them incredibly hard to overcome even with silent weapons.

Whenever you shoot, in a city you can be assured there is multiple zombies which are hundreds of meters away from you who are sprinting straight past all houses to bite your ass. Even in forested areas and clearances you can aggro zombies with a gun and get overwhelmed if you dont disconnect...

Had very bad time yesterday with 2 experienced players, we had no time to loot shit since we were harassed 24/24, trying all good "tricks in the book"  sometimes you win the battle and you lose them, or sometimes some zombies dont aggro shit, but its rare.

Yeah I found an aquarius s while on very low blood. (it's a hard life now without gear, zombies beat the crap out of you and I couldn't find any bandages :P).
Found some bullets too, chambered 1. I then proceeded to find a zombie, HS as he ran towards me. He whacked me anyway, then died. I then looked around, nothing nearby. So I started to bandage, boom a zombie comes sprinting through a wall 20m away, knocks me out cold :p.

Yeah, I'm not sure silencers work currently. And the zombies are now a real problem, which is nice. Except when you don't have anything to take them down with :/.

Found a aquarius S too, didnt know I needed clip to insert more than one bullet at a time so I dropped it   the load system is really realist.

The whole ammo/loading/clip system seemed way too cumbersome to be fun when I played, dunno if they've changed it in the last few months.

Still cumbersome, especially since there is no in-game tutorials and 5000 keys to bind in the options.

Basically you cant reload your gun if you dont have clips/magazine/loaders, else you must drag & drop ammo in your gun through the inventory page (may be partially false, I'm no pro at dayz).
And of course if you use anything else than a bolt action/lever action/pump action firearm, you just cant do anything with them except chamber the first bullet, if you dont have the correct magazines.

But ultimately, if you loot appropriately, you find everything you need quite fast and you can play. Still doesnt mean you cant be in a situation where you have the gun, you have the bullets, but you cant shoot.

It's retarded that they made the system so complicated. Supposedly for realism. Too bad that it's not realistic, just underlines the shortcomings of the UI.

Nice, if they can deliver half of what they say they will they will beat Rust/project zomboid into the ground.
