In game this would have likely warranted a mute or a warning, and considering this was a single outburst that wasn't follow-ed up with I'm going to let him off with a warning. There have a been 3 bans in the past for this player, but it's been awhile and none of them were chat abuse related.
However KBW_Bobby_Hill in the future please keep your chat slur-free, or at least clean it up a bit. I'll send a message on c-rpg.net to let him know this warning was given.
