Try to turn off your firewall/antivirus and do it again. Also try to reinstall crpg (fix files).

Well when trying to install it says

"the remote name could not be resolved 'dl.dropbox.com'"

You could try to set your DNS server manually to the one of google:
Primary:8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
