I liked the changes. They begun balancing light and heavy horses now. As they couldn't increase the bump damage of heavy horses even further, they decreased the bump damage of light horses. Remember, those are light horses, useful for skirmishing and hit-run tactics.
Ever tried playing cav in vikingr? It's not a good idea to even bump someone as it can even result a dismount. Cavalry are excellent skirmishers there. Well... adding this feature would be overkill to cRPG as infantry moves much slower in vikingr too.
All in all, I liked the changes. It was not that bump was doing such a big damage. It's a very small nerf to light cavalry I'd say.
