I have a feeling they're just waiting to implement the new reward system, and quickly fixing it with EU 7 instead of bringing back up the old one just to remove it and add the another one right after this.

 Why they should care about some eu7 dtv players because they are just some minority group.
Devs or whoever uses power here have much nicer things to do...
