Not trolling, real question for my friend, his brother has a sister who want to know if her cousin's friend can give crpg looms for real money or games buyed (bought ?) on steam account as gift...

Plus a ton of others as well, and not at all in secret. Me and every other player who's been around for a while could rattle off a list of people still playing who've sold and bought looms.  To enforce the rule at this point would be incredibly arbitrary. We might as well just face the facts and accept it as a legitimate trade option. Otherwise, better break out the banhammer and fuck up a huge chunk of the population.
