Applying for this position. I currently already do tech support and I love having the chance to teach people about the procedures of a system. Aside from that, I've already voiced my request to be some sort of IT Support/helper for cRPG many times so this is the perfect place to make it formal.
Even if it's some simple things like handling an end user's accidental mistake, I feel like I could improve this communities trust in the support team based on my knowledge and expertise in the field. I feel like I could post more on the subject but would not like to do so in a public manner. If you choose me or have interest in me as a support, I would like to tell you more of my skills and past experience on the matter.
