I guess it's time to buff the bump damage of the courser :D
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

This looks more like a self powered horse-sling. You know, just like kids tend to have with stones, except that it's bigger, and that horses span it before they fire themselves.

Yes, been posted before. Rather than practicing swinging a weapon, it would be better to go 1 hander and learn a martial art that specializes in takedowns, because that's all that really matters in that sport.

A true story...

So there I was, probably level 10 at most, on Reidi_the_Unfettered, my new main (and the hero/villain of the Unicorn tracking story).

Reidi is no coward, so despite my relative inability I had been charging bull-headed into the din of the Battle server as if I were a lvl 34 2h legend.

With the sun going down, for the first time in my short career of suicide rushes, I managed my first kill. A mental picture would not suffice, so I took a screenshot of this historic moment.

Just then, from the east, I heard hoof-fall. "Cav," I grumbled, "come to lance the joy off my face." I was all alone and in the clear - helpless.

That's when I saw it; the Unicorn, riderless, pounding across the grass with all the grace of a whinnying yearling. It was coming at a hard clip; sure to trample me, I thought. But sure enough, before that horn came to bear, it only slowed to a pause, standing becalmed before my prize.

"He's come to celebrate this moment too," I thought. And I was glad, then. Glad I had taken after the creature. And glad I never ate it.

EDIT and Epilogue: I might have tried to mend the arrows in the poor steed's flank, but half a second after this screenshot was taken someone charged up behind me with a maul and bashed my head in. Pretty sure they killed the unicorn, too.

You are the true spirit of crpg man!
So the new response to ranged ragers is not "get a shield", it is "learn to chamber ranged nub!"

R.I.P. wild axeman. Every-time I see a beautiful Unicorn in this game I will think of you, thank you for bringing me happiness and amusement. Thank you for your good RP and overall being an awesome person to get to know.

hardly knew the guy
but the death of a good soul should never be taken lightly (or jokingly)

R.I.P

we should have this thread or some thread memorialized for him (stickied maybe?) something to easily remember him, a forum title wont do much cause no one would be reading his old posts

Forum Moderators please sticky this thread, it embodies all the best about him.
