Somehow there's like every month, a new thread of this e-peen contest and as always only the 'famous' players get mentioned.

I can't really assign hero status to someone that just min/maxes to take advantage of game imbalances either. So that rules out most of the top score-earners on NA (strength 2h/pole-ers with 60+ armor).

So I'm mostly impressed with the top swashbucklers (there are a bunch now) and people that own in peasant gear. Frug dominating with mere Rocks comes to mind.

Yeah, much respect for naked/low armor melee also, although in a 1v1 situation, it's usually more of an advantage than a disadvantage anyway (just less margin for error).

Unless your opponent is a bodkin arrow :)

Honestly, the worst type of ranged enemies for naked dudes in standard conditions are throwers with light projectiles such as stones. But considering how rare those are, and that they usually won't kill you before you locate them, archers and crossbowmen are worse in practice. Between fighting Phyrex and commiting to a ladder during an attack, I'd sooner fight Phyrex.

Thanks bud, wanna join my clan ? We got the best banner ever, and a couple of looms available in the armory (not the kind that will probably interest you though)

Also if I'm naked hero number one, you are most probably number two. Not many people are 24/7 naked.

Kafein, you're completely naked now?
1H stab is the fastest, strongest and longest 1H animation. There's no reason NOT to use it in all instances. I don't know if it's OP, but it's boring. 1H used to be fun because you had a fast (left), long (right) and the most devastating attack (stab) and had to choose the best attack for each occasion.

Ahh I see, coming off your high-horse huh? Wasn't this you not long ago?

I oppose this trend ! Only a few people in cRPG should be allowed the privilege of being naked !

Thanks for the offer man, and I will certainly keep it in mind. Sticking NA for now though - the few times you may have seen me in EU were just minor escapes from the constant "Ur a my old friend, nuh-uh, ur a my old friend!" wars that consume my North American brethren so often. But I agree, your banner is sweet.

...And he's right, I wear gloves. It's the difference between being black-barred by arrows and 1-shotted by them. Sometimes.

Best naked player: Naked_Mike

As much as I love Naked_Mike, does having a steel buckler really count as naked?
