They already migrated.Listen, in most Europe Union countries, Goverment gives a little "salary" to unemployed people to dont make them starve.But, in Turkey... If you re poor, jobless? Then gtfo. This is how Goverment works here... So people moves to European countries which needs young workers, it was Germany,like 20-30 years ago, now people cant leave because they have a life there.In the future, those unemployed people will be moved to Belgium,Netherlands, and other little rich countries.This is the story

As for immigrants always coming from the bottom of their own societies, this is fragrantly untrue. What they call the "Brain Drain" phenomenon is a mechanism that repeats itself in every unstable country. It is actually those who are wealthy and well educated who can EASILY emigrate and find jobs. If they are wealthy they most likely did their studies in "first world" countries anyways. When the shit hits the fan the first to say "fuck this, I'm out" are the wealthy elite, mostly because they can. Of course they are not a majority, but all the top earners/innovators/job creators of a country is a good asset to have. The cheap workforce of uneducated poor immigrants isn't that much of a benefit, considering "first world" countries have relatively awesome unemployment benefits like Kratos points out (still way shittier than actually having a job) and a mostly service oriented economy. But the point is hopefully they don't stay poor and uneducated forever and integrate the society/economy. I'd say a lot do, and the ghetto style violent gangsters are just a very loud and noticeable minority.

I have been told the following by my philosophy teacher some time ago and I thought him to be racist as fuck but now I think it's actually true. Many immigrants are at the social bottom (his words: "scum") of their country when they leave it and it is no surprise that they are at the bottom in the new country as well, giving their children a hard time to get out of this. The successful people simply stay in their own country.

What? As far as I know it is the economic elite that has the means and reasons to get out of their developing countries, with the social bottom staying put.

The European immigration wave of the fifties and sixties was the exception, not the rule. Where the social bottom of countries like Morocco and Turkey was invited to move to Europe temporarily to use their cheap labour to rebuild the economies. They were supposed to leave, but governments failed to enforce it properly and told themselves that multiculturalism works. That created the poorly functioning groups of a different culture that are stuck in the poverty cycle.

Has it ever occured to you that living in a country that generalizes you whenever possible, where you can feel the rejection everyday makes you hard?it let´s you become very inward-faced, only relying on your fellow migrants in a foreign enviroment.

Yeah, sure, which is why there are so many immigrants and so many more that want to become immigrants to Germany. Because they are so opressed and discriminated against  . Seriously, get the fuck out of your first world bubble and go see how the world actually works everywhere else before starting the "mea culpa, mea maxima culpa" western self-flagellating. A lot of those same poor "victim" Turkish immigrants are part of an extremely chauvinistic culture, and anything that is even a slight insult or threat to Turkey and it's ethnic majority provokes extreme anger and often military response. Don't even get me started on the Kurdish, Armenian, Assyrian, etc minorities and how they are treated. Most don't leave their country because they find it's cult of personality fascist bullshit (i.e Ataturk) oppresive, but because of economic opportunities elsewhere.
Let me just leave you with this quote here from Terry Pratchett: “Just because someone's a member of an ethnic minority doesn't mean they're not a nasty small-minded little jerk.”

The Problem are never the people who immigrated, it´s mostly their children.And they become the problem simply because they dont get accepted enough here in germany and have few chances of a better future.Since they get rejected from german society, they simply build their own, with parts of the culture they came from and parts of self-invented street-laws.

In a hostile environment(Or at least a seemingly hostile environment), it is no wonder that many immigrant-youth become criminal.

That was not what I meant.What needs to change is the overall attitude towards immigrants, and there needs to be more caring in a cultural way(For example intensive language-courses).

Sadly, I dont think this will happen anytime soon, so the problem remains and we have to live with it.
