Proposed them again after they were vetoed by Shik last year; they have been rejected without a single balancer voting in favor of adding these. The meshes are poor quality, so they can't get added even though the concept and the design have got potential.
Minor tweaks won't be enough, these seem to require a complete rework from scratch. The team will be busy with other things for quite a while, so if you guys still want these or similar armors for cRPG, please search for alternative models, make them or find people who make them for you.
Sorry for the bad news, but without massive support from the hidden talents among you, there is nothing I can do for the highland armor pack.
