I just don't understand one thing. Imagine after UIF defeated and then the Chinese block, what are you guys gonna do?

Kinngrim compared to the other factions in your block you know you aren't quiet strong and you will have to fight somehow for your own survival. Or were you guys supposed to have some friendly wars, keeping each other parties balanced and fight strat battles?

at least I would, if I where a anti uif faction, I would seize my opportunity now and strike, form new alliances.

You gave the example of two fighting groups and a 3rd trying to stop them, no, the art is to cause a group within to fight each other.

Just what if the ottomans and kapikulus would become best friends and attack the apostates in the north or the wolves? But I highly doubt it, never saw the kapis take action.

Nevertheless, like Teeth said, this is the best moment to make strat interesting, its all up the anti uif factions, unfortunately they are too afraid.

i did it last strat, and faced pretty much the same dilemma as ShuHan does now.
I was seen as part of UIF, where the only thing we did was having trade and 1 coordinated attack, afterwards and before we never did anything else there together. Still forum opinions suggested vehemently we would be UIF and in the end those UIF allies kicked us in the nuts.

I had a goal last strategus and i reached it, i wasn't thinking or preparing much for a late or later game eventuality. This round i have also a goal and sofar i see we are coming closer to it and yes i sided with Eastern also because of last strategus. After all i am only human and some payback is even for me satisfying. So i stick to eastern till UIf and their ^^ unofficial allies are downed. Is that more or less fun. How the fuck would i know, i haven't been in strategus 1.0, i only know powerblocks and huge factions ganking on others, hence why i build a third in strat 3.0. Now in 4 i do it differently as all can see on the map, as my first goal since strat 2.0 was to bring more not less colors on the map. I think the CFA is doing ok, by far not as effective then joined factions like others, still i like it that way. And if the CFA would be taken out at some point, by whomever, sure i will be pissed but well i try not to be as pissed as last strategus about the shitstorm the community brought onto me when i did exactly that what is asked for here, to betray someone(still in my mind, they asked me to betray those i gave my word to in the first place so they had it coming). For me it was last round just fun to do that, but it seems others don't take that lightly in this sort of game and overall i don't like to diss people with whom i play together and normally would understand each other and laugh together. So no i won't be the one sharing out of the ranks and doing something to hurt the over all goals. And if people still don't get it, i agreed on a gameplan in the beginning and as long the goals aren't reached there is no way i would break those promises i gave. Human nature is all too often defined by greed, revenge and all of that and this sandbox game shows us quite a big but bad spectrum of human nature. That then may lead overall for not considering a 5th round or taking part in the new game, as it is too time consuming, not very gratifying but definetly the toughest game i ever played. Still a game.

GG all, i will hopefully attend the future battles.I saw that my men valiantly defended the city walls and repelled the attackers, but we are now besieged!

I hope those surrounding my fair city will see the error of their ways and return from whence they came, but if not i fear their people shall suffer greatly.

What, did they dodge my incoming attack or something, I can swear it took me around 2-3h to iniate an attack on that templar that stood 6m away from me in strat.
