Churchill, I've yet to see one of your administrative acts that I seriously disagree with, but you should consider not responding to HRE banthreads, just like every other admin doesn't react to threads put up by/against their clanmates.

I don't see a problem there, as long as the evidence is clear. I am usually waiting for another admin if that's not the case.
Ban requests made by/against members of my clan are handled in the same way as all the other requests and I also don't have a problem banning HRE members that are breaking the rules (and it already happened 2 or 3 times iirc). Some admins don't like to answer requests involving their clan mates, which I can understand (because there is usually a huge drama/discussion if you ban one of them), but there is no "rule" against it.
It just doesn't happen that often (some admins don't check ban requests, another admin saw the request earlier, usually less trolls in the big clans and so on...).
My intention is to answer most requests as soon as possible. People always have the option to complain if they feel that one of my decisions was biased. So it is my risk.
