This happens too often, i always get to into a spam click fight with my team where we both just spam the courier to deliver stuff, making it stand completely still. Goes on untill one gives up or if one clicks faster.

Just stick to simple rules:

1. While ppl are on lanes, the courier should only be used by the mid player.
2. The Carry always comes first.
3. Forget the support. He buys the courier but he's not allowed to use it.
4. If you are a support and cry about it, buy a second courier. That's your task.
5. Why the fuck did you waste gold for a second courier. You're supposed to buy wards!!

Only thing that annoys me when playing support is that when I get trash talked by a guy who looking at this Dota profile only plays carries, calls me a noob and feeder for dying when simply doing my supporter task, if you think I'm feeding my lane, then get your ass up here and help me, way too little credit to the supports.

If he's not, carries can use it as well if theres no demand for the mid guy.
There is a good reason why mid players need the courier and ppl on other lanes do not as much. There are the side shops on off and save lane, and mid theres nothing so the other guys can at least buy "some" items on their lanes. Of course not everything, but most mid players do not care about it.

Stop feeding, kuoin and learn to play! A support shouldnt die either that much. Of course he dies more than a carry usually. I for example die for my carry, e.g. as Venge I swap with him so they often kill me instead of him. Or bodyblocking the enemy so the carry can run.
They may cry about it in games with ppl having 100+ wins but in high bracket ppl usually know the roles and understand stuff.

Like a game I had yesterday where these premade Russians went PA and Luna bot, they got maybe 2 kills on the enemies offlaner, then when me and my lane partner proceed to die against a Doom ultimate and a missing mid while they've been stuck on bot for 14 minutes doing nothing to help the team, its really annoying to have this Russian constantly spam "useless feeders, uninstall dota, I fuck your mom" with broken English.

What I've learned, never let a Russian pick a carry.

I don't know Vovka, but somehow you're an example together with crpg, that russians are actually really nice players. Whenever I meet Russians in dota 2 though, I know there's an incoming place on my ignore list for them and probably even a report.
But I always remind myself that there are really nice russians, especially those I know from crpg.... 

At the same time I got to admit that I love many russians pro players and love to see their games. I for one, was for example loving to watch VP playing some time ago.
