So I read through this, and I know I wasn't there, but I can't help but feel the need to voice my words, and I'll just hope it contributes in some way or another.
Firstly, all biases aside, auto-run is pretty common and I'm pretty sure it's not against the rules, I often put it on at the beginning of a round in the direction I need to go so I can do other things for a few seconds. (phone, eat, etc.) Then take it off once I reach the action. Secondly, he IS bringing a weapon, AND he attacked, AND blocked as you've all made clear. No matter how terribly he plays, or how shitty he does, this already nulls it from being leeching. (I mean we can't start banning people for being bad and rushing to their deaths, we'd ban every new player in this mod) It's just a playstyle, maybe one detrimental to your team, but who's to say what playstyles are legal and illegal? I don't recall there being a rule that says you must always play to the absolute best of your ability and never rush in recklessly. But hey, maybe I missed that one. Some people like to charge head in, and often pay the price with death, they just aren't very good. That's just fine. Some people like to sit back and wait the round out and come out once it's near over, that's fine too. See that just as often. And keep in mind, he's playing with 150 ping, using a shit weapon (a weapon nonetheless though!) and if I recall correctly from the few times I've fought him in melee, he's not the greatest in ground combat, although I could be thinking of someone else. Basically, no matter how irritating it was, what he was doing, is NOT considered leeching if you are going specifically by the rules and definitions, which we should be if we're considering a ban. I don't even really know the guy, but the fact that he was banned 2 days for that playstyle is slightly repulsive. Especially because that's generally the playstyle of every new player to C-RPG.
TLDR; He may have been annoying and useless, but he wasn't breaking rules. Why ban?
EDIT: Dat grammar
EDIT: Yes I know his ban is already up, just don't think this should happen in the future....bans without breaking any rules. Whut
