You obviously have no idea about our clan then and no right to make such an argument. Every member is required to follow the rules and if they break any of them and they will have to face consequences. Plus, how the hell can we kick anybody (without poll) if our only admin (Yes, no rules, we have one =P) is almost completely inactive?
But yes, i've never seen kurosch kicking one of our members from the server...but in your opinion that means he is abusing his powers? Biased idiot, you are =O

I understood he only said he saw some HRE guys doing crap and werent kicked out of the clan not from the server.

Afaik no clan ever does that except in extreme conditions where a member is a proven cheater (some not even in that case) or a real retard. So no need to get excited really

be sure, we already kicked members for that. also, our dtv server (where we have admins offcourse) is strict to the rules and we also ban HRE members

I never said HRE has admin nor that they abuse the power. I just stated that I don't see any HRE member banning another for breaking the rules, plus with the way you reacted to me stating my opinion I think that alone proves you can't handle people voicing their opinions and even if you can and got made admin would that be anyway to reply to someone who comes up with some criticism? you opinion is biased and your arguments are worth nothing as they make no sense. how would we ban our own members? with a pollban? seems kinda weird, i think its enough to give them a warning on ts. wich is what even normal members do to others. You cant have a clan with people that ban eachother, we talk to eachother and make sure we understand eachother. and im wondering about what you are talking, because i dont see those misbehaviours you are talking about.

Wait a sec...you want us HREs to make actual ban-requests for each other? Is that what you are implying by saying that we don't ban each other for breaking the rules? Show me any admin/clan that does that. If we see somebody breaking them ingame we tell them to stop and if they don't they will face more consequences, up to getting kicked out of the clan. What else can one do if he's not an admin? If there will ever be another HRE-admin i can assure you he will ban/kick them right on the spot, at least that's what we do on our own server.

You are implying that there are no members that are capable of being admin and i reacted a little harsh, yes. Why? Because it is simply not true. We have many active members that would be great admins and yeah, i think i would be, too. I don't like what is going on siege right now and i would like to improve that. Especially as a clan that mainly plays on siege and that saw a lot of gate opening, door opening, intentional teamkilling and couldn't do shit about it, because there are almost never admins around, would be a good choice. Polls usually don't go through because people just push escape to get rid of the message.
I am saying that especially HRE, some Greys, or Nords and Strangers would make excellent admins for siege, because those are the guys that have to deal with this kind of crap each and every day.

Butthurt, because statements like you made usually come from angry Greys, Druzhina or whatever who got banned for their misbehaviour in the past.

If you say HRE has people that would kick their own members on the spot for breaking rules great! Of course there will be always some guys that do break them. I don't get why so many guys just assume that all the other members of clan are then fine with what that person did. For example greys, i know (or at least i can assume it with 90% that it's true) does not really care about their members breaking the rules, but that doesn't make each and every member a bad guy.

I never get the pickyness when it comes to selecting admins. All you need is knowledge of the rules and the ability to enforce those rules without letting your emotions, grudges and personal preferences influence your enforcement. There is a hundred people that can do that, just make a load of them admin, removing admin rights is just one click of a button if they turn out to be baddies.

I would not mind being an admin, but for crying out loud get some admins on siege.

Make him admin before he changes his mind .

Part of the problem I think is that admins seem to have no power at all. You don't want power trippers or people who just want to spoil people's fun, but they should at least not feel like they have to get into public ban threads for every minor thing. They know as well that you have to be so lenient to players, its not even worth kicking or banning if the person will come back very soon and then you just have a new enemy on the server.

There are a few from various clans that could be admin, but I can see why no one would want to do it in this community
