Admins can only mute each other, and if higher rank kick/ban the lower admin.

and Yes, I will "delay" in attempt to reload or cause an enemy(s) to make a mistakes, and I stand by what i said in the screenshot.

However I did say it, and if you look at what I said from a situational perspective; I was addressing those that thought I was delaying, and if that is their definition of delaying I will continue to do it. Lately everyone's definition of delaying seems to be warped and I'm not sure why.
