Level 21 to 29 - server

I Don't really see the reason for needing one. It would just make the servers all smaller. You don't need to spoon-feed the levels to people, I'm currently 22 and while i'm not doing amazing i still find it more interesting and helpfull to play against people of all levels. The way i have learned most of what i know is from watching the veterans play.

For most builds level 29 is just as good as 30 (with little less IF).

Anyway, levels dont mean that much. You can easily do good with a level 25 on the normal servers.
