Loom Point Lost

Well...the thing is I got my first loom point and was so silly to klick on a trade where other people want to buy loom points.
I didn t know that so i klicked on the first one for 1 Gold i had to enter a chaptch code and my password.
After this i asked some friends where my loom point is, they said i cant have lost it because if you sell your loom point you get a messeg.
Thats the strange thubg i got no messseg that i sold my loom point and the point is now gone and i don t know how to get it back.
It would be very nice if somebody could help me or if its a bug to get another loom point.
It was so hard to reach level 31 and it took me so long.

this guy will probably be able to help you, you can also join IRC and ask an admin. Im pretty sure that selling a loompoint for 1 gold is either just a trade between friends or a scam. and scams are not allowed, so i think you might get your loompoint back.

btw i dont think you get a message when you are the buyer

You don't get a message as a buyer, however you send a message if you're a buyer, so you'd have to click on the "sent messages".

Well i don t know anything about the marketplace with trads i never realy used it befor so it was a mistake and i would say big fail...

Well, you're lucky because anything in the marketplace that is considered a "scam" or "not common sense" can be talked to with an admin.

It was WAY TOO HARD to locate this thread. Yes, scam offers can be undone. Contact administration. The trade could be explained that you had a friend that was 'going to give you a loompoint', but either way, he has to give it back to you.

But seriously, it had a captcha and everything and you didn't realize you were completing the trade? Maybe you shouldn't be using the market, stick to using your loom points through the Inventory tab, on the Items sub-page, and it has to be in the Default View. Any loomable item will have a button next to it labeled Heirloom. When you click on this, you will be brought to a page that requests your password. If you put in your password it will be using your loom point. If you read the text it says, "Spending an heirloom point on [itemname] will make it [enhanced itemname]. This cannot be undone." It speaks the truth, so don't loom it unless you mean it.
