Was this the time that it was right after a strat battle and it was the channel that the leaders had switched to in order to discuss strategy?  I think he was banned for a week but the length was p much arbitrary, he just needed to leave while we talked about his invasion.

No he randomly joined a channel for diplomacy said a single line then just idled there for no reason, and since Shik is someone Kesh doesn't care for he banned him. It was more kind of odd than anything.
