depends of 1h then. still picks, axes, hammers, short swords are never glances. when I was shielder with grosse messer not often I got glances. 2h and pole are glances more often then grosse messer.
ah if you using 97-100+ length sword maybe you realy gets glances more often, but its about balance - you has advantage on the middle distance so  you havent it on close distance.

also your PS. if you has less then 18 str - its only your agi wh**** build troubles, not game troubles.
btw I was getting much glances with MW german gs with my 10 ps...

Stop trolling. OP said STABS. And I have a 9/24 katana guy (very homosexual I know) and he doesnt glance very often, so if you glance with 10PS and a GS, you're doing something really really really wrong

I had a 24/15 shielder, mainly used a broad short sword, glanced a hell of a lot on the stab :/

Well the past few times I've played I've been experiencing a lot more glances than normal. I don't have great footwork so I do tend to glance a lot with my Katana but this was getting silly, I was also getting greatswords and lances glancing off me too. No idea what that's about.
