I add my problem here too. Its similar but maybe not the same.
First: Alt-Tab does not work. When I want to switch back to c-rpg I get black screen, but game seems to run never the less (no error msg, programm running in sys tray)
Second: I get total graphic fuck up from time to time, where textures behave strange (they are projected wildly over the screen like shown in the textures folder dds files).

Edit:
In windowed mode, with loading textures on demand: on, and lower graphic settings (antialiasing and texture details off / low) it runs with no problem until now.
