WSE2 Translation files (full: French/Polish/Turkish)(in english: any other)

For those who are interested, I made a translation file in my language (French).

I also translated in other languages​​, but I'm unfortunately not a polyglot 
So, other languages ​​are translated into English (which is always better than ui_thingy_thingummy..)

This translate only the untranslated elements, so do not worry, your whole game is not in English.

Encoded in UTF8 as you specified. I did not rush the translation but might want to revise it later. If I do so, I will be using this thread again.

Some elements in Options/Controls are always displayed as "ui_bla_bla_bla" despite their presence in the csv file.

I thought you would know why.
