anyway i picked up repair for all the crew's 1st skill , need suggestion on 2nd and maybe 3rd

That would be my choice aswell, allthough I havent trained any of my crew as of yet.. Because idk how it works  :

I`d reset the repair skill to get brothers in arms and then go for repairs on all crewmembers except the commander (use sixth sense) as a second skill. Your repair skill is already giving you a bonus when it`s at 1%, while the brother in arms is only active at 100%.

Do not use ''Brother In Arms'' unless they have changed it. It may look good but the problem is it wont work if one of your crew members is dead during the battle. My first choice was full repair all the time.

that's what i'm doing , was unsure about commander's first skill but i missclicked on repair and i didn't want to reassign lol.
for the second , don't know about sixt sense on commander because i'm always spotted being on medium/low range and i'm playing like i'm always spotted aswell.

You can actually also get a Repair-Kit, the module, if you got a free slot, and you can always carry it over to another tank.
