Polearm: The regular Lance
2h: Great Sword, the sexiest 2h sword
1h: The broad short sword, it's great fun
Bow: Long Bow
Horse: Rouncey, the best allround horse
Xbow: The only choice is the Arbalest (people who use the other Xbows are either hybrid-abusers or HX so -> bundle of stickss)
Shield: The elite cav shield
Throwing: I don't know, I think the axes are my favourites

My all-around favorite weapon is DGS. It is super weak compared to other weapons and got nerfed zillion times but just can't stop using it.
