It's not a trap to record you breaking server rules, it's smart behaviour and actively encouraged by the admins. What you really need to realize is that revenge teamkilling and revenge teamwounding are not allowed. That should be especially obvious if it's over an accident, like Abay's TK was by all accounts, but it's equally punishable even if the other player is TKing on purpose. You were apparently doing this over multiple rounds, as well.
So yeah, denied.
