Still have the problem after the update

Yesterday before the update I changed my in-game name and everything went smooth. Played for a while, was all smooth. But I get on today, and I have 2 levels gone (17-19) which isn't necessarily a big deal, but the character that now has the name I wanted, all of his stuff is gone (around 20-30k of gear) and he isn't even level 17. Sorry if this doesnt entirely make sense, but to sum it all up, I'm missing two levels, and around 25k. help?

Probably got hit by the rollback after some people decided it would be a good idea to exploit the marketplace.

Is it possible for me to have one of the Admins or whatever give me some compensation? (xp wise) I don't even care about the money.
