hmm, dont know, but it will probably give the lowest of the bonuses, but haven't tried that.

I have 100 men with 100 goods x + 100 goods y and 101 horses walking around at 18 meters / minute. If I had 201 horses I would get a speed bonus or am I right in saying im already at the max with this cargo on?

if u would have at least 200 horses (rouncey's and above) u would have 33-34speed per m/m

Another question, if I had 100 men, and 3 kind of goods (x+y+z = 100 + 100 + 100), would 300 horses give me a 33/34 speed or is 100 + 100 goods the maximum goods cap per 100 troops ?

300 horses will give u the speed bonus. your troops won't matter then

4k horses. its always the number of all goods together that counts when u want horse speeds

ignore the crate number.... as Bjarky has rightly said repeatedly the rule is simple:

1 good requires 1 horse, nothing more nothing less.
