But while we discuss it me and cooties, let me quote some of Ginger's answer to my request for justice to you, perhaps then you can consider keeping him on a shorter leash in future.

we fought our battle, we capped the spawn (although it took way too long imo) and we killed the laster defenders ->should have won the battle
for your ballte one defender showed up and got killed by ivani4

Just so you know, the Mercs don't decide whether or not SoA gives back the crap you lost. I supported fair play in it, and i still do.


We had 589 men left, heavy equipment for 700, won a castle and took 348 pop.

Instead a bug made us lose all those 4, and gave you nords all the equipment the  castle and the population.

It is true, dear sir, if Strategus was working entirely fine and there were no glitches you would've definitly won your battle,
however the sad part is that Strategus does have issues, see what it is like to stand on the side where you got bugged?

It is terrible and nobody wants to wish a glitch happens in fair play. Nor do the Mercs or Nords want eachothers battles to go
unfairly because of game breaking bugs.

If however, our army was to be returned by the Aegis of Sovereignity, which is your big allies, then it would make up to consider
giving the castle because of glitches, but right now it will be discussed, but the decision is fairly hard as we got backstabbed in
a previous fair-play case.

I know it wasn't your decision, but it would certainly help the case.

I'd like to inform you that further discussions are going on about transferring the castle or not.

hm,  there is a greater relation between the nakid horse fight and this one,  than between the SoA fight and this siege.  considering involved clans, that is.  so its more of a 2-0 win/loss count in favor of nords over mercs,  as far as i can see that is.

But their battle against SoA didn't take place when it was supposed to be, so it doesn't matter they actually lost their battle. They would have won it. Karma truly is a bitch. Instead of playing fair always and in all cirumcstances both sides cry when some bug destroy thier fun  :?

Still Nords are failing hardly in this war, Mercs are definitely superior :)

The naked horse fight was sth different. Strat froze over night for 1 hour so our reinforcing army (80 minutes travel time) could not give equipment to muffin, therefore we lost a battle and you got ~1000 rounceys and some destriers/warhorses/steppe horses - yeah, i know, we have a lot of horses, GK love us - since we ended with 300 tickets, 4 light lances and shitloads of ponys on our army that was supposed to get reinforced with full heavy armor sets

Not to long ago you yourself and your fellow Nords celebrated a victory over Mercs due to a bug in strategus (Pause for 1h+ look at muffins story)
But the truth is that if strat was not paused your hole army would have been ours.

Merc army have cleaned the castle and put all the flags down in time limit, yet still lost the battle.
Not to mention now naked Nord army got all the heavy Merc gear for free
