As someone with no power at all and just a bystanding point of view, you openly admit to teamwounding here, and even if he killed you 43 times in a row, that's still a violation. Every similar issue I've seen results in whoever is proved to be teamwounding receiving punishment, not whoever strikes first. If he teamkilled you intentionally, take pictures and don't retaliate, or you are no better than him.
I am quoting this because it is true. It doesn't matter if it's retaliatory or not, teamwounding intentionally is
always in breach of the rules. It's ridiculous to think that "he started it" is a reasonable way to argue against being punished, particularly in situations where it's difficult to determine who, in fact, did "start" it.
If it's possible the logs will be checked to see if anything else went wrong, but for now:
24 hour ban for Snow_King for teamwounding. Gathering weapons in game modes where folks are obligated to provide their own is also a contribution of dubious quality, so please just play the game, will you?
