No, I don't think this is a good idea.

1 - Diversity
If people are given free shirts they will all look the same opposed to naked people who are somewhat different in appearance.

2 - Satisfaction
I'm probably not the only one getting great satisfaction from chasing and finishing off fleeing naked peasants.
The more well equipped you are yourself the better. It simply feels good to slaughter defenseless people.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all against killing naked people IRL.
But that doesn't mean I rather kill players with shirts in a computer game...

If anything, I would rather see the female characters without bras, if possible.

Like i said, it doesn't give the same satisfaction.

Unless...

They are dressed like rich people.
Why kill poor people when you can kill rich people? Stats wise they are not much better anyway.

So, instead of shirts, give them noble outfits and dresses!
