About the "shortage" of admins:
There are hundreds of trusted players willing and waiting to become admins.
Let more people become admins and it's solved. Simple.

While I may not like all the admins I'm thankful about 98% of those hundreds of players you were thinking of aren't admins,

i play eu4 occasionally, never really had cause to kick or ban that I can remember.

imho eu4 is for builds that dont really work in really big battles - like throwers, because of limited ammo.

It's much more fun playing in day light as you have more control of the situation and dont die because you didn't see an attack or an incoming projectile...
