Independents are not allowed to hire defenders defend their fief...thats a small problem as I was donating the fief anyway.
The bigger problem is that all 300 of the fiefs population were killed...we need those guys for our series of battles.
300 troops are 300 hours of crafting and I'm but one person and 12 days to craft just to get back to where the fief was could kill the dream eeeyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaa eeeeyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaa eeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Please see if you can at least return the fiefs population or risk a lawsuit before the Vezin board of elders. I figure this "bug" has cost the citizens of Vezin at least 10 million crpg gold. The population is now not large enough to harvest the precious lutefish.
I have advised all the citizens to increase reproduction of offpring in an effort to increase population, but I figure, even with everyone working hard, it will be at least 9 months before the current population can harvest the lutefish. I also figure that it will take 5 years of growth for the offspring to reach an age which would allow them to help in the harvesting.
This coupled with the loss of tourism will increase the fief unemployment rate by 100%. Therefore, I demand public assistance, in the form of CRPG gold, to immediatly be disbursed to each and every surviving peasant in the vicinity of Vezin. This may be placed in my account. I also demand unemployment compensation and job training (this is not to conflict with any reproduction efforts though!!!) Brick houses should be built and supplied free of charge to each citizen, in an effort to increase their now destroyed self esteem. I will administrate these programs for 5 million in CRPG.
Furthermore I demand that you do not alienate these citizens by making public their receipt of these entitlements. Daily convoys of steak and mashed potatoes should be delivered no later than 6:00 p.m and no earlier than 2:00 p.m. (as this would conflict with reproduction efforts and sleep time.)
Where you get this crpg gold from is your problem, but may I suggest you increase the market tax to 20% per trade. I would also advise that you seek other forms of tax to be placed upon the working citizens of strategus...as they should not be rewarded for their hard work when sharing is more proper.
