The Battle went very well, the Brave Macedonians NEARLY won out against incredible odds, and although there were a few minor problems, a fun time was had by all. The Sneaky Army of LuanButam will continue its ravage of the land it seems! Who will they fight next!? A poll may be forthcoming

To all players: Thank you so much for coming, and again, the Macedonians did VERY well I felt at the time, the cav made amazing moves, the spears made amazing moves. The Chinese were slower to get things done, due to a Rack of Dissiprine it seems.

There will a fun THEMED battle Sunday (Tomorrow) When: Sun 20:25PM GMT -1 (That's English time). I will update this post this evening after having made the attack with the time etc, it will be visible on the battles board. Server will be EU3
PLEASE read on to see if you are interested, all slots are open on first come first served basis, but you must apply for the apropriate faction as described below the theme. There will be 2000 troops in this battle.
THEME
The 3rd Dynasty of LuanButam (Chinese themed army from 300BC) are ambushing the smaller force of Macedonians from the Agma toon hypaspistoon (Phillip II era, also 3rd Century BC) as they emerge from a forest. The Macedonians have little choice but to form up and defend themselves from the onslaught of LuanButam soldiers.
Faction Aplication Choice:
3rd Dynasty of LuanButam (Chinese): ALL 2handers should apply to THIS faction. Also anyone with any WPF in crossbows should apply here.
Agma toon hypaspistoon (Macedonians): All archers should apply to this faction. All pure polearm builds should apply here. Cav should apply here. Throwers should apply here. Players who want to use only sword and shield should also apply here.
Free Picks: Hoplites, 1handers, shielders are free to apply to both factions, everyone is welcome.
Getting on a team: Be on Nditions Teamspeak, in the Templar channel, there will be rooms for each faction, please be there a full 1/2hr before, gl and hf.
RULES: I have no idea how this will go, so I am going to state that NO SPAWNRAPE is gonna be in effect, since this is a battle for all to have fun in formation, not to spawnrape, should either team do too well or badly, we will rethink tactics, not throw the game. ALSO No Equipment rape: Please noone destroy the other army's war gear: No destroying weapon racks, catapults, etc, capture the ground maybe and hold but not destroy gear, we want armies fighting, not cav couching boxes.
